i thought about that, but the thing is that would make all your passwords available to a possible attacker.

the easiest way i could think of is to just clear (lcd button 2) whenever typing passwords, because as long as it's not displayed on the screen it is not accessible to anyone

what i could do is make it so that when you press and hold for example Ctrl + Alt while typing then the *** are shown, but that would make you type the pass slower so it's possibly more exposed...

tnx for the ideas, i'll think of something...
also tnx for feedback on clippy, the only problem with that app is that it ain't very useful :) i sure hope it becomes useful once i add virtual clipboards, or hours of my work are wasted :P

Thank you, didn't mean to gripe, but everyone is using readyshare, and it seems so awful :)

Going to see what this does.

lol

Well it was easy enough to install :)

I don't look at my keyboard when typing, and I type about 130 wpm on average.. Using your program when I 'try' I hit 167 -170 or so..

But yes, it isn't something I will be using that much.. sort of a novelty ;)

Maybe when I am writing a paper, etc.

well it was only created because people kept asking for it.

but then i got busy and the project, like my other G15 projects, never left the initial beta stage.

there is a delete button.

"use lcd button 1 to reset the word count and lcd button 2 to clear the typed text" < quote from first post.

if, however, you meant delete button as in when you press backspace/delete the text on the screen alters. this cannot be done, at least not with enough accuracy
i can't just delete the last character without knowing if you moved the pointer or not.
