Is it possible to have basic keys repeat by holding the button down like it is with macros? I haven't been able to locate any sort of mod or option for this. Thanks for the help in advance!

I want to know the same thing... I want to spam a spell in wow without having to press the keys like crazy....

You mean like if I want to hold down the number "1", it will just keep repeating until I let go?

If so, it already does. Try it in here when typing a reply. When a key doesn't repeat, it's because the application (or game) you're currently in is restricting it.
